Glass ceilings are supported by glass walls. Glass walls keep women in boxes and in categories that define who people think we are and confine us from where we can be. We seek to facilitate opportunities that will help women – of all industries, backgrounds, ages and specialties – to build relationships that will diversify our perspective portfolio. This will position us to serve in capacities where women are greatly needed and highly under-utilized. We build our networks to build momentum again.
